Meeting of the Lincoln Planning Commission
Hearings of September 1, 2011

Final Hearing (cont.)
for Application # 11-030
for a 2-lot subdivision proposed by Ian Martin
for Parcel # 19070204
located at 1840 Elder Hill Road

Attending: Owen Farnsworth, Victor Atkins, Tommie Thompson, Bob Hall, Ian Martin, Ann Kensek

The meeting was called to order.  Owen moved to accept the minutes of the last meeting as presented, Victor seconded, vote called and passed.  Tommie reviewed the minutes as he was absent from the last hearing.

Ian explained the map he brought, the plan he has for the property and his reason for subdividing. Victor asked Ian if he decided to make the subdivided parcel a woodlot.  Ian said the map was redrawn- 25 acres with the house and the remainder on the other lot. All the land is in Current Use. Owen clarified previous subdivision given for the house on the property.

Victor motioned to accept Application # 11-030 for a 2-lot subdivision proposed by Ian Martin for Parcel # 19070204 located at 1840 Elder Hill Road. Owen recommended that they put in the deed some shared driveway and who is responsible for maintaining it. Victor affirmed that it is something they usually recommend because it saves problems down the road.

Ian said the Mylar would be made from the map and the pins would be placed. Owen asked if a deferral permit was being taken care of by Larose, who did the survey. Owen said the PC would sign the Mylar contingent on the arrival of the septic permit.

Discussion on Current Use. Owen seconded the motion. Tommie  asked all in favor of  approving the subdivision  as represented by the plat they were looking at and contingent on receipt of the deferral permit to say so, vote called and passed.
The Hearing is recording # 28/28
